Utilities for New Property Owners

With taking ownership of your property in the City of Cold Lake it is the owners responsibility to pay the utilities from the date of possession. To ensure we can contact you and provide your invoice in a timely fashion so no late payment penalties will be applied please complete the form to update us on your ownership. Failure to receive and pay your utility bill does not exempt you to late payment penalties.
